Courtesy of Peter Sweetmore, host of The Valley Today program on Rossendale Radio, Umar Memon and I headed into the studios for a chance to tell the Valley more about what we're all about.

Both us of us have a face for radio, but with Umar's informative banter playing off against my best Boris Johnson impression, I think we managed to let folk know we're not about wearing chains and secret handshakes, but about getting out to try new experiences such as archery, parachute jumping and eating at new restaurants!
